General T&C - Loyalty

• All registered users are eligible to earn and redeem SSS points. Guest users aren’t eligible to earn points at this time
• Non-registered users are not eligible to earn or redeem SSS points
• 1 SSS Point = ${currencyCode} ${moneyConversion}
• The points can be earned through the below activities:
• The points earned for order placement will get auto credited to the account after {return_window} days subject to returns/exchange.
• For purchases, you can earn points only for the non-points amount of the transaction - i.e the final paid value for the order
• There will be no points earned for items canceled/ rejected/undelivered.
• The points earned from all activities (apart for order placement) will get added to your account within 1 hour
• The redemption of SSS points can be done during checkout at the time of placing the order
• The points redeemed will be applied as an additional discount over and above the all promotions / offers running
• The SSS discount will be applied only after all calculations of sale/discounts/ flash/ In store/ Bin promotions are done.
• If you are above the threshold, you will see a separate toggle to redeem the SSS points at checkout. You need to select the toggle to redeem the SSS points discount.
• The maximum discount that can be applied using SSS points is {Threshold}% of the final order cart value
• If cancellation/undelivered/returns order– redeemed amount of SSS points will be refunded back on pro-rata basis
• You can view all your activities in the Point History section in 'My Account' (upto last 60 transactions)

Earning points
